The combined area of both Lots allows for rezoning for Commercial, Special Use Tourism or smaller residential lots.

As is there can be a house of any size constructed on Lot 2 and the existing house on Lot 3 can be extended. There is already a Bure/cottage on Lot 2 (housing the garden/nursery manager).
